Clinical Effect of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor on the Healing of the Skin Wound
Objective : To investigate the clinical effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the skin wound.
Methods : The trial group of 23 patient wound was treated with bFGF. At the same time the control group of 25 patient's wound was treated with the routine way. The results of the healing time, wound-healing rate and the mature degree of granulation tissues was compared.
Results : There was statistic significance of trial group's to control group in terms of the healing time (P<0.05). After the 7th days, there was no statistic significance in terms of the wound-healing rate and the mature degree of granulation tissues. After the 14th and 12th days, there was statistic significance on the two aspects.
Conclusion : The bFGF can shorten the healing time, increase the wound-healing rate and promote the growth of granulation tissues.
